Regresar | Non-Immigrant Visa

VISA 12-VIII

  1. APPLIES FOR:
    • Teachers involved in Cultural exchange programs (schools in Ecuador must have bilateral agreements with schools in the US)
    • Students participating in Cultural exchange programs
    • Foreigners participating in the development of Cultural exchange programs.
  2. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:
    1. “Aplicación de Visa” Visa Application completed and signed.
    2. “Certificado de Visación” completed and signed.
    3. Original passport, which should be valid at least six months beyond the departure date.
    4. Two photos passport size, white background.
    5. Police background check indicating that the applicant does not have criminal record.
    6. Letter from Legal Representative of the Sponsoring Ecuadorian entity requesting the visa for the applicant.
    7. Copy of the Official Registry in Ecuador, indicating the legal constitution of the entity.
    8. Copy of the appointment of the Legal representative of the entity duly registered.
    9. Copy of the bilateral Cultural Exchange Agreement.
    10. Affidavit from the host entity or person, assuming the responsibility for expenses incurred by the foreigner as result of termination of cultural exchange or deportation, duly legalized.
    11. Affidavit from the foreigner certifying to render services at no charge. (For teachers only).
    12. Guarantee from the sponsoring entity to support financially the foreigner during his/her stay in Ecuador.
  3. VALID FOR:
    UP TO ONE YEAR
  4. CONSULAR FEES:
    VISA $50.00 US dollars + APPLICATION: $30.00 US dollars. Payment should be made in cash or money order. No other type of payment will be accepted.
